Our 5000-square-meter facility houses 12 dedicated production lines and is supported by a skilled team of 75 professionals. This operational scale is further strengthened by 25 proprietary patents, driving consistent innovation and quality

Manufacture

Our daily output capacity covers 3,000 meters of neon flex, 8,000 meters of LED strip lights, 200 units of LED wall washers and 500 units of underwater lamps. Every product is engineered for outstanding stability and backed by an industry-leading 5-year warranty, demonstrating our commitment to long-term reliable performance.

Wilgex complies with top-tier international norms and owns a full set of authoritative certifications, including ISO9001, CE, RoHS, ETL, PSE, SGS, ERP and LM80. We embed eco-friendly sustainable production processes into every manufacturing link. Our products surpass global safety and energy efficiency benchmarks, providing durable, long-lifespan lighting solutions for worldwide clients.

Wilgex offers highly flexible OEM & ODM customization services. Every month, our R&D team develops one brand-new ODM product and completes more than three OEM customized projects. All designs fully comply with UL and EU safety standards, and prototype samples can be shipped within 7 days.

2011

Purchased PVC production line and developed LED flexible neon light products

Purchased Silicone production line and developed LED flexible neon light products

Moved into a new factory with an area of 2500 square meters and 75 skilled technicians.

Developed rapidly at an annual growth rate of 80% and the business has spread all over the world

2023

Wilgex maintained steady growth in 2023, with stable orders from existing customers while developing new clients and expanding sales in international markets.

Wilgex expanded to a 5,000㎡ factory with 12 production lines, boosting capacity, efficiency, and global service capabilities.
